盧平,1968年10月生,工學博士,南京師范大學能源與機械工程學院院長,教授,博導;先后入選江蘇省“333高層次人才培養工程”、江蘇省“六大人才高峰”和南京市中青年行業技術學科帶頭人;兼任全國化工熱工設計技術中心站第十屆技術委員會高級顧問,江蘇省能源研究會常務理事,江蘇省工程熱物理學會常務理事,南京鍋爐學會理事長。
1986.09-1990.07在南京化工學院就讀本科并獲學士學位,1990.09-1993.04在南京化工學院獲工學碩士學位;1998.03-2002.02月就讀東南大學熱能工程專業并獲工學博士學位;2002.04-2004.02在東南大學自動化研究所從事博士后研究工作;2005.02-2006.09在美國西肯塔基大學(Western Kentucky University)作訪問學者;2017.08-2017.11在英國Cranfield University在高級研究學者;2018.01-2018.12受聘英國Cranfield University客座教授。研究方向為燃煤多污染物排放控制、生物質熱轉化利用、流化床燃燒以及數值模擬等。
主持國家自然科學基金、江蘇省自然科學基金(重點項目、創新人才項目和面上項目)、人事部留學回國基金、中國博士后科學基金等項目10多項,通過省級驗收和鑒定項目3項;指導學生獲得全國大學生節能減排社會實踐與科技競賽一等獎1項、三等獎6項;主持研發的流化床低氮燃燒改造、循環流化床煙氣脫硫脫硝等技術在60多臺75~260 t/h燃煤鍋爐煙氣治理和超凈排放改造中得到應用;建立生物質低溫熱解炭化中試基地,并開展生物質炭再燃脫硝的中試及產業化推進工作;在國內外核心期刊和國際會議上發表論文100余篇,其中SCI收錄30篇、EI收錄60多篇;獲得授權國家發明專利8件、授權實用新型專利7件;主編《熱力環境污染控制工程》、《能源與環境概論》和《鍋爐原理與設備》教材3本。
